Winona Bontrager, LPN, LMT, BCTMB
Winona, president of LSM, is a 1986 graduate of the Florida School of Massage and brings 36 years of massage therapy experience. The culture of the school reflects her core values: a sense of humor, balance, a love of learning, and respecting others as spirit, mind and body. She is a past president of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), serving on the board for 15+ years. She is the recipient of several awards: the Winona Bontrager Trailblazer award and the Dianna Polsino Lifetime Achievement Award. She is a Partner for Health on the Integrative Healthcare Policy Consortium (IHPC) and continues to be active on national committees that involve massage and healthcare.

Clarissa Barnes, LMT
Clarissa Stewart, a graduate of the Lancaster School of Massage, is a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to holistic healing.
She founded Create Balance LLC in Lancaster after serving as a holistic therapist for Penn Medicine and a yoga instructor at Universal Athletic Club. Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Lymphedema Therapy, Clarissa provides specialized care for clients with complex medical needs. In 2023, she expanded her expertise to include Colon Hydrotherapy, emphasizing gut health. An advocate for self-healing through movement and healthy living, Clarissa is passionate about holistic education that connects mind, body, and spirit.

Camille Baughman, BS, LMT, MA, BCTMB
Camille holds a B.S. in Education and an MA in Applied Healing Arts. She graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 1986. As an educator, she teaches ethics at LSM, encouraging self-awareness in aspiring professionals. Camille owns a private practice, Camille Baughman & Associates, and serves on the PA AMTA board. She is a delegate to the National AMTA and consults for Harrisburg Area Community College. Camille has received awards for her service and humanitarian efforts and has conducted workshops on Wellness, Self Care, and Ethics across the U.S.

Jennifer Bierbower, BS, LMT, NMT, BCTMB
A graduate of LSM, Jen has 20+ years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has worked in a range of therapeutic environments, including private practice, education, medical offices, and resort spas. Her specialties include Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and Oncology Massage. In addition to her continued massage training, she has also received training in Pilates and Yoga instruction to help understand the body and its movement. She currently practices in Lancaster with Bright Mountain Bodywork. Jen teaches Neuromuscular Therapy, Range of Motion and MBLEX test preparation.

Roxanne Foura, BA, LMT, QHHT
Roxanne Foura is a holistic healing practitioner with a diverse background in wellness. As a Quantum Hypnosis Healing Therapist, she helps individuals explore their soul's journey for self-awareness and healing. With 19 years of experience in massage therapy and bodywork, Roxanne specializes in energetic healing. She advocates for natural healing as a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, educating on essential oils and supplements. Additionally, Roxanne is a fitness and yoga instructor, promoting a healthy body as the soul's vessel. Balancing work and family, she embodies holistic living and healing.

Emmett Geesaman, LMT, NMT, MMT, BCTMB
Emmett brings a love of physical fitness to his teaching of neuromuscular therapy (NMT), anatomy and physiology, and kinesiology.
Emmett began his studies in NMT in 1992 when he graduated from LSM. He has since has grown to specialize in soft tissue trauma. In addition to teaching, Emmett owns L & E Massage Therapy Center in Lancaster and Denver, PA. He is also a PH Miracle Health Coach. Emmett enjoys spending time at the beach with family, honing his green thumb, and is a Jeep enthusiast.

Christine Hellberg, BA, LMT
A graduate of LSM Christine brings her years of experience owning and growing her successful private practice, Bright Mountain Bodywork to her teaching. She holds advanced certification in the Trager Approach, Amino Neurofrequency Therapy, and Movement Coaching, giving her clients more options and a unique and individual approach to their health and healing.
At LSM, She teaches Swedish massage, body mechanics, beginning touch and draping. She uses her background as a yoga teacher to bring safe alignment to the body while performing massage. Christine enjoys hiking with her dogs, exploring different ways of moving her body, reading, and enjoying time with friends and family.
